Allison farm and dining halls. He retired in 1946. He married Isobel R. Trueman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Trueman of Point de Bute. Howard was a first cousin of Albert's grandfather, Henry R. Trueman. They had one daughter, Ruth,born August 7, 1904, who married William Runcie, October 22, 1938 in Scotland. Their present address is 58 Octavia Terrace, Greenock, Renfrewshire PA 167 SR. Your aunt Isobel lived in Greenock at the Runcie home after Albert's death. There are two children in the Runcie family: Milton Runcie, born August 17, 1939; and Albert Runcie, born April 1, 1945. Milton married Leonie Laslet on October 4, 1975.

He was the son of James Wallace Colpitts and Celia Eliza Trueman.
Biography*: This is from papers of his brother Edwin Colpitts. A. Weldon Colpitts attended normal school at Fredericton, N.B. during the school years of 1890-91. He taught in the public schools of New Brunswick and Manitoba. At the time of his death he was a bookkeeper for M. Wood & Sons, Sackville, N.B., wholesale and retail dealers in flour, feed, etc. His wife's parents were Mr. and Mrs. Duvey Oulton of Jolicure, N.B. His daughter, Evelyn Colpitts, was born April 6, 1901.....Weldon's widow married Edgar Hicks of Upper Dorchester, who died in late 1940s.
(Groom) Marriage*: He married Flora Iona Oulton on 8 June 1898.
Illness*: He developed acute glomerularnephritis and was sent to the Canery Islands to recover, however, this was not successful and he died shortly in Canada, leaving a daughter of only six months.
(Deceased) Death*: Andrew died on 2 July 1901 at Jolicure, Westmorland County, New Brunswick, Canada, at age 28 years, 1 month and 28 days.
